Usage Instructions: Take a bath or shower, taking care to exfoliate the body well.  Apply a generous amount to damp skin, particularly at the target areas. Wrap the area with a warm-to-hot hot towel and allow the towel to cool; then dress as normal. Best used before dressing in tight clothing such as a girdle, shapewear, compression clothing or waist trainer. 
Excellent to use before fascia blasting or cellulite massage treatment. 
Can use 2 x per day for faster results.
