You can use either dry or damp hair. Simply place the rod over your hair like a headband.
Starting from the top, twist sections of hair around the rod away from your face.
Continuously add more hair as you move down, until all hair is wrapped.
Then use hair elastics to secure hair at the ends.
Keep curler in for 4-6 hours or overnight for best results.
Remove hair band and gently remove rod from hair-- and fluff and go!
