1 Ingredient Oil Recipes


Each oil needs a carrier oil. You can use any carrier oil you want such as those listed below.


Apply 1 tsp of carrier oil and 1-2 drops of the essential oil of your choice; blend and add a drop to your wrist or diffuse the single oil.

Copaiba - Best Anti-inflammatory in the world

1 tsp of carrier oil

1 drop of copaiba and apply to wrist or other pulse point.





Norway Spruce - Asthma and Bronchitis

diffuse 3-5 drops in a diffuser





Calamus - Headaches

diffuse 2-4 drops in a diffuser in a closed room and sit or recline nearby




Canaga - Extreme Anxiety

diffuse 1-3 drops in a diffuser




Coriander Seed - Bromhidrosis

1 tsp of any carrier oil above and add 2 drops EO and apply to underarms or area you get the most odor from.

Body Odor Spray:

Add 5-10 drops to a 6 oz bottle of hydrosol of your choice and make a body odor spray



Himalayan Cedarwood - Insect repellent for animals and people

add 10 drops EO to 8 oz of water and shake quickly. Use it as a spray around your home, around animals and for self.



Ho Wood - Extreme Relaxation

diffuse 1-3 drops EO in a diffuser




Juniper Berry - Varicose Veins

Blend 3 drops EO into a tsp of carrier oil apply to the veins and rest feet for 30 minutes with legs up




Laurel Leaf - Air Purifier when diffused

diffuse 1-3 drops EO in a diffuser




Oregano OIl - Lice and athlete's foot

Blend 2 oz of carrier oil with 15 drops EO and add to scalp and massage in. Leave for 30-45 minutes and wash out, repeat as needed, apply the same to athlete's foot overnight.




Petitgrain - Hyperhidrosis

1 tsp of carrier oil with 3 drops of petitgrain applied to the face as a treatment each night.

Toner : blend with a hydrosol 6oz and add 15 drops, shake fast and use as a toner.

Apply the same toner to body parts with excessive sweating.




Spanish Hyssop - Cold Sores & Herpes

1 tsp of carrier oil to 3 drops of hyssop and put on sores as needed




Vetiver - Peaceful sleep for children, adults and animals

diffuse 1-3 drops in a diffuser

2. Fees & Payment Processing

If any payment methods are declined by the online payment processor, Client shall provide a new eligible payment method before receiving access to the Product. In the event Client has already been given access to the Product and a payment method is declined, Company reserves the right to collect any and all outstanding receivables.

3. Refund Policy 

Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchasing, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by Client in connection with the Product will be allowed under any circumstances.
