Healthy tips for the body that keep you strong & healthy:
1. Take a multi vitamin each morning. 2. Drink a glass of water before a meal to help you eat less AND after meal to aid in digestion & less acid production. when you want a drink grab for water it is what your body is mostly made of. It make every isngle organ function. 3. Stick to reading things that are healthy and make you want to be encouraged to stay healthy. 4. When sleeping make sure it's as dark as possible more melatonin will produce and you will sleep better and longer. Melatonin is only produced in the dark it's what our body produces to enduce sleep. 5. Stop being hard on yourself for different things. Depression is a huge cause of being unhealthy. It makes you gain weight and want to be less active. 6. Watch less TV and be more active just turn it off. 7. When snacking eat a fruit or veggie if it's not a meal time. 8. Break your meals up into smaller meals and through out the day. This will boost fat burning. 9. Less break more veggies. 10. Do a work out each day even if it's just stretching.
Last and the least expected: Sleep in a cold room.A some what chilly bedroom could improve both your sleep and your metabolism.
