Natural remedy Dog Ear Infection

First their are several types of ear infection, Chronic from alleriges and food including the ear flap being down these dogs get ear infections the most, Next bathing your pet to much and water is in the ear and begins to grow bacteria creating a infection and not cleaning your pets ears proper each week.

1. Mix equal parts peroxide and water to create a teaspoon, or pure witch hazel which is very hard to find. Then allow it to run into the infected ear. You need a base oil , cotton swabs, and of course, your essential oils. I use sweet almond oil or you can use a pure grade vegetable oil for blending; but you can use any pure grade vegetable oil.

DO NOT not use baby oil, mineral oil or petroleum based oils! These products further clog skin pores and may create another problem rather than preventing one!

*use about 3-5 drops of for example lavender with about a teaspoon of oil, wipe the ear clean of dirt and wax and gently into the open part of the canal.

2. An hour later after your fur baby shook hear head and now has a dry ear. Pop a Vit E gel cap with a drop of Oregeno Essential oil and relax the fur baby, massage the back of the ear drum and simply allow the oil to drain into your pet's ear. Keep your pet laying by massage allow them to shake the head if they want to keep massaging, reassurance and belly rubs for about 10 mins. Then off they go.
