Why is oatmeal a excellent choice!
Oatmeal is excellent to start the day or for any meal it is very heart healthy anything that is rich in whole oat sources of soluble fiber have been linked to heart health and oatmeal contains both calcium and potassium which is known to reduce blood pressure numbers so eating oatmeal on a daily basis can reduce your blood pressure at the same time you are benefiting your heart. So oatmeal for breakfast or any meal is always a good option!
My Recipe:
Whole cut oats
graded cinnamon stick
a teaspoon of brown sugar
instead of water I used black coffee so I can get extra caffeine. As caffeine boosts the metabolism.
