DIY Natural Deodorant
How to make natural deodorant for sensitive skin
Shelf versions have aluminum in it and it causes cancer! What if I told you that you can use 4 ingredients and make your own for the entire family in large batches!! less than $1 per batch ZERO toxins.
My Recipe makes 4oz Ingredients: ¼ cup baking soda ¼ coconut oil (best if you DO NOT use liquid coconut oil) ¼ cup arrowroot, starch or flour Essential oils (citrus blend, or your choice of favorite essential oil to smell) citrus is best for odor. Tea trea can irritate shaved arm pits.
(optional shea butter or bees wax) (I suggest bees wax to keep from travel or hot days melting)
Directions: Combine ingredients (LOTS of stiring) yes LOTS - until creamy and store in a sealed jar/container. You will find it's nice and soft. Rub into a clean arm pit like a lotion and it will melt a little just like a deoderant should be a little wet but will sink in the pores. Wash hands and smell fresh and apply a small amount daily. Liquid is fine if your in a hot area I like it liquid best.
Tip: clean an old deoderant case and fill it with your new toxin free recipe!
