Nose Blackheads

This is the shallow near the surface black heads we get on our nose and squeeze out easily when we wash our face.

2. Squeeze out (by gently squeezing your entire nose ) what is ready to come out and is near the surface.

3. Steam your face.. Hot steamy shower or a facial steamer

4. Wash your face again lightly.

5. Pat dry and apply 1 drop to the nose area, if you struggle with acne or these black heads all over your face you can apply to the entire face.

Clary Sage

Petitgrain

Calendula

Tamanu

How to blend - (blend means mix not use a blender )

Add the following to the empty bottle :

10 drops of Clary Sage

8 Drops of Petitgrain

10 drops of Calendula infused oil

Fill the rest of the bottle with Tamanu Oil

top and shake bottle and apply

this is very strong oil, you DO NOT need more then 1 drop on the nose and 2-3 drops if your entire face.
