Helichrysum
Add a few drops of each to grape seed oil:

1 pipette of grape seed 2 drops each of the essential oils and bathe, and while damp massage into the area hurting you.
This helps with both pain and bone regeneration. Their was a study done on EO's and OP you might want to take a look at that too.
